Good point! I just checked their t's and c's out of curiosity:
As between the Company and you, you retain full ownership of the Clones you create on Delphi, unless otherwise specified. This ownership encompasses several key aspects:
β’ Intellectual Property Rights:You hold all intellectual property rights associated with your Clones. Delphi does not use your Clones, or the User Content you provided to develop your Clones, to train or enhance our, or any third-party, models.
β’ Access Permissions:You control how your Clone is accessed. You can grant, modify, or revoke access permissions at your discretion.
While you retain ownership, you grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host and maintain your Clones on Delphi for the purpose of providing and improving the services. This license does not convey any ownership rights to the Company. As the owner of your Clone, you are responsible for all content generated by and activities conducted through your Clone.
A similar tool to Delphi that Iβve seen is Criya (https://www.criya.co/), though a slightly different use case: itβs meant for experts and thought leaders to scale their expertise through AI doppelgΓ€ngers.
Well, Delphi looks as incredible as it is terrifying! Thanks for sharing.
Thanks Tom, yes it does look slightly terrifying π
Iβm curious what they have the right to do with βyouβ when youβre not looking. Iβd be curious to read the terms.

That makes me feel better, but I still donβt love the idea. Why not hire my clone for free instead of having to pay me?
I had totally forgotten about the Adobe/Figma deal itβs been going on for a such a long time. Thanks for the updates Rich!

Thanks Charlie, this looks super interesting. And congrats on the success of Artificial Ignorance - it's an excellent read.
Appreciate the kind words Rich!
